What we got wrong, and when we fixed it
A published issue is a record of what we believed on the day we published it. When we get something wrong we fix it on the piece, leave the old figure legible, and log it here. When the agency behind a series revises it, the issue keeps the numbers it published and the revision is logged instead — an archive that quietly updates itself is not an archive.

Adaad has published one issue. If you find an error in it, that is the most useful thing you can send us: it appears here with your name on it unless you would rather it did not.
